Want to Eat Healthier But Don’t Know Where to Start? Try This One Simple Exercise.

You understand nutrition is the key to a wide array of positive short- and long-term health outcomes.

You don’t need convincing that nutrition is critical in living a healthier lifestyle.

You just don’t know where to start.

Does that resonate with you? If so, we have a simple technique that we teach in order to empower people to understand where to begin.

And we’re willing to bet you actually know more about nutrition and where to begin than you may believe.

Here’s how it works…

The Simple Exercise to Uncover How To Begin Eating Healthier

In three easy steps…

  1. Write down everything you eat and drink for 3-4 days, including a weekend.

  2. Sit down with your log and identify one change to make.

  3. Implement that one change over the course of several days or weeks and, once you have done so and are ready to do so, repeat Steps 1 and 2.

What we have found time and time again is that when people put pen to paper and actually write down what they eat, it becomes very clear very fast where they can begin making small, gradual changes to improve their nutrition and ultimately their overall health.

Remember that small, gradual changes over time are often the most effective for long-term sustainability and success.

And writing down what you eat for a few days is a simple yet powerful exercise to identify where those changes can be made.

Try it out and let us know what you discover!
