Introducing Food to Your Baby
Hi! My name is Danielle. I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and mom of two boys. I remember like it was yesterday feeding my baby for the first time. I was so excited to see his facial expression, will he like it? I was nervous, what if he chokes? I was overwhelmed, what food should I give him first? Do I wait before introducing a different food?
Having a baby is such a special time. You are already working so hard to get enough sleep, have clean clothes and feed yourself. How to set up a safe learning environment to prevent choking
An easy formula to build meals that provide your baby with key nutrients
Differences and benefits of how you prepare and present food (pureed foods, baby led weaning)
How to prevent/minimize picky eating
How to foster a healthy relationship with food for your baby
